We were so excited about the building we had found after more than one year of looking. Our "dream" building would need some significant renovations in order to convert it into medical suites, but its size and location made it ideal for us and our patients. After close inspection of the roofs, foundations and air conditioning systems, we were satisfied that all was in order. But as it turned out, the building, which was shaped in the letter "U" could not be brought up to Code to be Handicap Accessible. Dave’s important discovery of that item meant that we chose NOT to purchase the building.
